Paediatric Homecare Nurse — In-Home IV Therapies

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a Registered Children’s Nurse to join our paediatric clinical homecare team across the Sheffield region. This field-based role supports children and adults in their homes, schools, or communities, delivering medications, IV therapies, and comprehensive training to carers.

You’ll work one-to-one with patients, promoting independence and safe self-management, while travelling between visits with a supportive scheduling team.
