Adult LD Social Worker — Promote Independence (Coventry)

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disabilities Social Worker to join a Coventry team, delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and promoting wellbeing, independence and safeguarding.

You will manage caseloads, undertake Care Act assessments, collaborate with families and multi-agency colleagues, and ensure records and statutory requirements are met. This is a full-time, on-going contract paying £32 per hour.
