Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
SV Care Services is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Romford, supporting young people with EBD, SEMH and complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or an established Deputy Manager who is ready to progress into a Registered Manager position.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring children and young people receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care while maintaining strong regulatory and safeguarding standards.
Working alongside an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team, you will have the autonomy to lead the home, develop your team and drive continuous improvement.
