Huhtamaki is seeking an HR Manager in Belfast to lead a dedicated HR team and shape the people strategy for the UK & Ireland Foodservice Market Unit. You will partner with local management to drive progress against business objectives and KPIs, reporting to the Head of HR for the UK & Ireland Foodservice Market Unit.
You will provide strategic HR leadership, oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and labour relations, and ensure compliance with NI employment law.
