Head of People & Culture – Luxury Hotel Opening

Axiom Hospitality is opening The Shepherd Mayfair and seeks a People & Culture Manager to lead the hotel’s people function. You’ll report to the General Manager, shape culture, standards and ways of working, and ensure every colleague experience aligns with luxury service.
