UK Management College (UKMC) is seeking a Teaching Enhancement Quality Assurance Lead to provide strategic leadership for teaching quality, standards, and compliance across campuses. The role focuses on driving improvement in teaching, learning outcomes, and student experience.

You will manage observation, feedback, CPD programmes, and mentoring while ensuring alignment with OfS, QAA, and awarding bodies, reporting to the Dean of UKMC.
