Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the non-contentious rural property practice within the firm
• Handle high-value, complex property transactions for private individuals and financial institutions
• Provide technical expertise and client-focused guidance on rural property matters
• Engage in business development, networking, and client relationship management
• Collaborate with the wider Residential & Rural Property team to deliver integrated services
• Contribute to the growth strategy and market presence of the team
• Assist in mentoring less senior lawyers and supporting knowledge-sharing
• Represent the firm in external events and client engagements
