Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets
• Develop and manage Manufacturing Engineers, Supervisors and production staff
• Drive On-Time Delivery and improve operational efficiency
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production capacity, labour utilisation and productivity
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Oversee KPI reviews and performance management
• Support capital investment and manufacturing improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business goals
