The Brownsword Group is seeking a Group Head of Health & Safety to establish and maintain the Group framework across hotels, ensuring compliance and practical risk controls. You’ll lead through hotel leadership teams, coach managers, and provide expert governance with regular site visits.

Based at our Bath Head Office with regular travel to hotels, this full-time role combines strategic leadership with hands-on incident support and auditing to drive safety excellence across the portfolio.
