Senior AI Engineer – up to 100,000 + Bonus – Remote

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and boost operational efficiency. You will work with stakeholders across functions to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into production-ready AI applications. You will orchestrate AI workflows and integrate solutions with enterprise systems, while contributing to shared AI platforms and evaluation frameworks. Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify AI opportunities
• Orchestrate AI workflows and integrate with existing enterprise systems
• Contribute to shared AI platforms, model routing and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI applications
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend AI-driven improvements
• Maintain and enhance existing AI applications and automation solutions
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to drive AI adoption

Key requirements

• Strong software engineering experience, ideally with full stack background
• Hands-on experience designing, building and orchestrating AI agents
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, model evaluation and benchmarking
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications and internal systems
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments
• Strong business analysis skills including process mapping and requirements gathering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently and translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
