Overview
In this role you support delivering the building services package on a major hotel-conversion project in North West London. You will coordinate MEP design with consultants and subcontractors, and help manage procurement, installation and quality control. You work closely with the site team to integrate services with other trades and keep the project on programme. This is a hands-on position with a focus on safe, compliant delivery and timely issue resolution. Your contributions help transform an office building into a guest-focused hotel at scale.
Responsibilities
- MEP design coordination: review drawings/specs, resolve technical queries, identify clashes and ensure coordinated installation
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination: define requirements, monitor orders and submissions, keep materials available on site
- Programme and installation management: plan and coordinate MEP works, manage sequencing and access, align with broader construction activities
- Quality control and technical compliance: conduct inspections, address defects, maintain records
- Health, safety and contract administration: promote safe practices, support risk assessments, manage subcontract documentation
Key requirements
