Subsidence Building Consultant – Hybrid (Remote/On-site)

Sedgwick is seeking Building Consultants in London/Southeast to manage subsidence claims from notification to resolution. Candidates should be capable of both remote diagnosis and on-site visits, with travel as needed.

The role requires professional building qualifications (MCIOB/MRICS/MICE) and preferably an insurance qualification (CILA or CII), plus strong customer service and communication skills. Hybrid working from office or home is available.
