Night Shift HR Advisor (On‑Site) — CIPD‑Qualified

PrepWorld is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our team on the night shift, on site. You will provide proactive HR support to colleagues on the night shift and assist across the business with HR guidance, reporting and policy administration.

The role requires CIPD qualification or equivalent, generalist HR experience, and strong organisation and communication skills. You will work closely with managers, ensure HRMIS data accuracy and support pre-employment checks and exit interviews.
