Night Care Assistant — Compassionate Support & Benefits

Prime Life in Leicester’s Oadby area is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team. This full or part-time role offers set night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, with opportunities to support residents with dignity and companionship.

You will assist residents with personal care, carry out welfare checks during the night, support nutrition and safety, and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Training is provided, prior care experience is welcome but not essential.
