Places for People Group is seeking a Placemaker Manager to lead a high‑performing team within our leisure centres. You will supervise the placemaking team, oversee rota management, training and development, and ensure staff present welcoming tours that help prospective members choose the right membership.
You will translate locally set targets into actions for membership growth, swimming lessons, courses, catering and retail, while maintaining excellent customer service and admin processes.
