Senior MDT Team Lead – Older Adults Mental Health

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Team Lead to provide leadership to a MDT in the Older People’s Neighbourhood Mental Health Team across East Sussex, Hastings & Rother. The post focuses on intensive support and home-based care to prevent hospital admissions, with strong links to community services.

You will receive supervision, training opportunities and be part of an innovative service transforming community mental health care for older adults and people with dementia.
