Regional Hospital Director – mental health – Midlands and North

We are currently supporting an established mental health provider to recruit a Regional Hospital Director.

To be a good fit for this role, you should have a clinical background, be passionate about quality care, be capable of working at pace and have sound knowledge around compliancec and governance. • Experience working within inpatient mental health services
• Experience operating in a leadreship role
• You must be a clinician
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Experience building processes in a regulated environment where documentation, audit trails and compliance are non-negotiable
• A track record of leading and developing a team through organisational change
• Flexibility to travel across the Midlands and the North of England
