Ags Trader – London

Our client is seeking an experienced Dairy Trader to join a growing commodities trading team based in London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience trading dairy products across physical and derivatives markets, with a strong understanding of market fundamentals, risk management, and proprietary trading strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of dairy trading experience with exposure to both physical and derivatives markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage proprietary risk and generate trading P&L.
• Strong understanding of dairy fundamentals, market structure, and pricing mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and risk management skills.
• Based in London or willing to relocate.
