We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a well-established mixed dental practice in Esher, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be confident working within a busy dental environment, providing an excellent level of patient care and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming calls and patient enquiries
• Booking, amending and managing patient appointments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Processing payments and handling general reception administration
• Liaising with dentists, nurses and the wider practice team
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Requirements

• Experience using SOE is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Professional, friendly and confident manner
• Ability to work effectively within a busy dental practice
