Standalone HR Partner – Part-Time, Payroll & People Ops (Manchester)

Whispering Smith is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager for a standalone, part-time role based at 274 Deansgate, Manchester. You will own HR across the business, support managers and employees, and take responsibility for monthly payroll processing in a fully onsite SME environment.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with strong UK employment law knowledge and a hands-on, commercially aware approach to HR and payroll.
