Job Description:
Brightening Lives in Whitby is seeking a dedicated Waking Nights Support Worker to assist an individual with complex health needs during night hours.
You will provide personal care, support with mobility, monitor wellbeing, administer medication as trained, and respond to seizures while following care plans and risk assessments.
This role offers the chance to build trust, promote independence, and work within a supportive team across 2–3 night shifts per week, including alternate weekends.
