Support Worker for Teen: Community & Social Skills

The role involves accompanying her to play areas, swimming trips, and parks, with a preference for someone who enjoys swimming.

Personal care is required due to double incontinence and a driving licence would be advantageous for easier transport to activities. Right to work in the UK applies.
