Surveyor – Hotel Capital Markets

Overview

In this role you will join Savills’ Hotels Operational Capital Markets team to work on significant hotel investment transactions and advisory mandates across the UK and Europe. You will help execute acquisitions, disposals and operator search assignments, conduct financial and market analysis, and contribute to high‑quality client advice. You will work within a market‑leading team, building relationships and supporting the growth of the business. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes across the hotel capital markets and shape strategic investment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute acquisitions and disposals and conduct operator search assignments
• Lead strategic reviews and wider investment advisory projects
• Manage key transaction workstreams and deliver client advice
• Perform detailed financial and market analysis to support decisions
• Support business development and market engagement to grow the team

Key requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in hotel capital markets/alternative residential, hotel advisory, investment, valuation or related real estate discipline
