Pre-Silicon Modelling Engineer — AI Accelerator (Equity)

Fractile is seeking a Modelling Engineer to develop pre-silicon models for its AI acceleration hardware. You will shape architecture, performance, and product design long before silicon exists, driving early software development on virtual platforms.

You will work with hardware, software and ML teams in a true hardware–software co-design loop, translating complex requirements into high-fidelity simulations and early runtimes that reduce risk across the product lifecycle.
