Early Careers Programme Coordinator — Events & Onboarding

PA Consulting is seeking a Programme Coordinator to join the Early Careers team. The role involves coordinating recruitment and programme delivery across graduates, apprentices and internships, and supporting events and onboarding across London and Cambridge.

You will work with the Early Careers team to deliver engaging candidate experiences, manage communications, and help shape PA Futures programmes while collaborating with the wider Talent and HR function.
