Manufacturing Quality & Training Lead

Workchain is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business, for a Quality & Training Manager. This role focuses on overseeing quality systems, staff training, and continuous improvement across workshop and dispatch operations to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.

You will lead training delivery, develop SOPs, manage NCRs and calibration schedules, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and SHEQ teams to drive improvements and employee development.
