Head Of Manufacturing

We’re working with an established engineering organisation seeking a Head of Manufacturing Engineering to lead and develop its Manufacturing Engineering team, driving technical excellence and effective manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Oversee manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring effective delivery against operational objectives.
• Drive improvements to manufacturing processes, methods and engineering standards.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Support manufacturing capability, product introduction and ongoing production requirements.

About you:

• Proven experience leading a Manufacturing Engineering team within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and production support.
• Experience managing and developing engineers.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An engineering degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
