EMEA Labor Relations Lead – Germany & Co-Determination Expert

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in London or Berlin seeks an experienced Labor Relations Manager for Germany. You will own day-to-day LR strategy, manage Works Councils, and advise senior leaders on LR risk and policy implementation in a highly regulated environment.

You will partner with Legal, PXT, and business leadership to drive aligned outcomes, contributing to regional initiatives and global LR playbooks. Travel up to 10% within the EMEA region is required.
