Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Project / Development Manager role based in Soho, W1, with work-from-home flexibility and flexi hours. This is a hands-on role running new build and refurbishment schemes across residential and commercial sectors, from feasibility and brief through to practical completion and handover. Day to day, that means managing programme, cost, risk, and quality, coordinating consultants and contractors, running procurement, chairing meetings, and keeping schemes moving when they stall.
You will work directly alongside the co-owners, with no management layer in between, and get genuine ownership from day one. We will not pigeonhole you. The right person here wants range across sectors and the full project lifecycle, not a narrow lane. We are looking for a hard worker and a career charger who wants to grow as the practice scales.
Qualifications
- Project and development management skills across the full lifecycle
- Delivery experience on live new build and refurbishment schemes
- Programme, cost, risk, and quality management skills
- Procurement and contract management skills
- Stakeholder engagement and strong leadership skills
- Confident with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Organised, proactive, and genuinely accountable
- Entrepreneurial instinct: you notice inefficiency and want to fix it
- Experience across residential and commercial sectors is a plus
- MRICS, MCIOB, or APM, qualified or working toward, or the experience to match
- Curiosity about AI and how it could change project delivery is a plus
