Senior Manager, Snowflake Architect, Snowflake Transformation and Growth

In this role you will shape data and AI transformation programmes by designing secure, scalable Snowflake solutions. You’ll work with clients and cross-functional teams to understand priorities and define target architectures that unlock measurable impact. You lead architecture delivery across complex programmes and drive technical assurance, governance, and reusable patterns. Responsibilities

• Define target-state data architectures and Snowflake roadmaps with senior stakeholders
• Lead scalable, secure Snowflake solution design covering ingestion, modelling, governance, security, and consumption
• Provide technical assurance and design guardrails to ensure performance and maintainability
• Evaluate emerging Data Cloud capabilities and recommend adoption
• Guide cross-functional teams, promote reusable patterns and best practices
• Lead architecture discovery workshops and governance across delivery
• Translate architecture into delivery with backlog shaping, non-functional requirements, and cost management
• Contribute to reusable Snowflake patterns, reference architectures, and accelerators
• Provide strategic input to technology roadmaps and cloud adoption discussions
• Support solution proposals and client presentations with architecture input

Key requirements

• Snowflake architecture expertise and data/AI domain knowledge
• Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience leading enterprise-grade data transformation programmes
• SnowPro Core certification
• Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, Python; Snowflake Data Cloud experience
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data products knowledge
• Experience with governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality controls
• Production-grade orchestration, monitoring, and cost-aware design
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to business users
• Knowledge of security controls and RBAC in data environments
