Hospitality GM – Lead a Coastal Pub & Rooms

The Inn Collection Group in the North East is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our coastal pub-restaurant in Tynemouth. You’ll oversee food and service, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining strong commercial performance.

You’ll work with senior managers, mentor the team, control labor and costs, review procedures, and ensure nightly operations run smoothly, including occasional on-site stays to deliver memorable experiences.
