Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and regulatory issues for major projects
• Support procurement and subsidy control activities
• Conduct due diligence and assist in transaction execution
• Support delivery of infrastructure and energy projects
• Engage with high-profile clients across multiple sectors

Key requirements

• Qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales by September 2026
• Seat in Projects or experience in Commercial, Corporate, Banking & Finance or Construction (not essential)
• Demonstrate interest in energy, infrastructure, public sector or regulated industries
