Senior Warehouse Team Leader — Drive Operational Excellence

Momentum Instore is seeking a Senior Team Leader to oversee daily packaging operations, manage staff, monitor line performance and ensure safety and quality. You will drive productivity, coordinate workflows and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead shifts, train staff, manage attendance, and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders while upholding high standards of health and safety and inventory control.
