Financial Accountant: M&A & Consolidations | Hybrid

Trinity House Group in Dudley, West Midlands, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the central finance team, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. You’ll steer group-wide consolidation on a growing acquisitive platform and lead acquisition accounting to integrate new businesses.

You’ll gain exposure to group-level M&A activity, build robust cash flow forecasting, and develop strong technical accounting papers, supporting audit and controls improvements across the finance function.
