Job Description:
Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant to join our Neighbourhood Teams in Wetherby, Meanwood and Chapeltown. You will work in patients’ homes as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical support such as medications administration, wound care and routine observations.
The teams run 8am–8pm every day with flexible patterns. We offer a tailored induction and ongoing development across professions to help you grow in your role.
