Strategic Reward Analyst: Data-Driven Pay Insights

Jensten Group is seeking a Reward Analyst to join our People & Culture team on a 6/12 month fixed-term contract or a permanent basis. You’l​l partner with senior leaders to understand reward data and support informed decisions.

You will produce high-quality reports, dashboards and analyses, transform complex data into clear recommendations, and lead annual salary review processes across the business. Ideally based near London or Huntingdon with travel to London office; flexible hybrid working
