Home-Based Rehabilitation Support Worker (Part-Time)

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting for two part‑time rehabilitation roles in Eastbourne, Lewes and surrounding areas. The JCR service assesses and treats people in their home to prevent hospital admissions and enable earlier discharges.

You will work in a friendly, integrated team with CPD support and opportunities for professional development. The posts are 30 hours and 26 hours per week, with some weekend work and a pro rata salary.
