Clinic Booking Officer — Hybrid Role

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Appointments Booking Officer (Band 2) to handle inbound calls, manage clinic bookings and provide support to the Central Booking Office. The role involves using ERS, Trakcare and Excel, with governance around confidentiality and data security.

Hourly training will be provided; after training you may operate within a hybrid rota. The post is 37.5 hours per week with a pro rata option for part-time applicants.
