Hybrid Part-Time Social Worker — Holistic Care & Growth

Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting a part-time Social Worker for 23 hours per week, based at Noble House in Ely. After induction, you will work from the office up to three days weekly within a hybrid model, balancing independence and multi-disciplinary collaboration to support adults in need of care.

You will undertake assessments, safeguarding, and care planning, using strength-based practice and evidence-based recording.
