Overview

In this role, you contribute to a growing residential development practice within a well-established Brighton law firm. You will work on residential-led development matters and related agreements, collaborating with senior partners on active projects. The position offers early trust, proper support, and a clear path to grow with the team. This is an opportunity to shape a developing practice at a reputable regional firm with strong Sussex ties.

Responsibilities

• handle residential development and related commercial development matters
• exposure to promotion agreements, option agreements and s106 agreements
• work closely with experienced partners on active development projects
• contribute to building a developing residential development team and offering

Key requirements

• 1+ year PQE in Residential Development or Commercial Property
• or a strong paralegal with several years’ development experience
• comfortable with development-style work and keen to specialise
• commercially aware, curious and motivated to build expertise
