CYGNET is seeking a compassionate Care Rehabilitation Assistant to support residents in Woodrowe House, Markfield, across care home or home care settings. You will help with personal care and daily activities, support participation in activities, maintain a clean environment and document care actions.
The role requires good communication, teamwork and an enhanced DBS check. Shifts follow a 2-week rolling pattern with daytime hours.
