Project & Partnership Manager

Overview

In this fixed‑term role, you will lead a critical programme delivering practical support to vulnerable households affected by the RTS switch‑off, guiding the end‑to‑end customer journey and upgrades to meters. You’ll mobilise and deliver the project from start to finish, keeping to time and budget while coordinating a cross‑functional team of specialists. Working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, you’ll foster collaboration and resolve competing priorities to ensure a positive experience for households. This role sits in Changeworks’ Retrofit Delivery team and contributes to Scotland’s decarbonisation goals with a strong, impact‑driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise and deliver the project lifecycle from start to finish, on time and within budget
• Oversee end‑to‑end customer journey and provide practical support to vulnerable households
• Coordinate with internal specialists and external partners to enable meter upgrades
• Manage stakeholders and communicate progress to the team and leadership
• Balance competing priorities to ensure a positive user experience for vulnerable customers
• Support delivery through design of processes and continuous improvement within the retrofit programme
