Planning Enforcement Officer – West Midlands
n Location: West Midlandsn Contract: 6 monthsn Rate: £45–£55 per hourn Approx. take-home: £4,400–£5,300 per month after tax*n ⏳ Start: We can wait up to 8 weeks for the right candidate
n We’re currently seeking an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer for a 6-month contract with a local authority in the West Midlands.
n We’re looking for someone with strong practical experience across the full planning enforcement process, including:n Investigating and managing planning breachesn Serving and dealing with site noticesn Preparing and progressing enforcement casesn Handling planning appealsn Working confidently with legislation, policies and enforcement proceduresn Managing a varied caseload independently
n The ideal candidate will have solid local authority planning enforcement experience and be able to hit the ground running. Strong communication, case management and decision-making skills are essential.n £45–£55 per hourn £4,400–£5,300 estimated monthly take-home after tax*n 6-month contractn ⏰ Up to 8 weeks flexibility for the right candidate
