Associate Mechanical Director

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across complex building services projects from concept to completion
• Manage client relationships and support business development activities
• Mentor and develop engineers within the team
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth of the Birmingham office
• Maintain high technical and commercial standards in project delivery
• Contribute to sustainable and low-carbon design solutions across projects

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Mechanical Building Services Design Consultancy environments
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, public health, and sustainable building services
• Ability to mentor engineers at varying levels of experience
• Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business growth
• Chartered Engineer status, or close to achieving chartership, advantageous
