Lung Cancer Patient Navigator & Care Coordinator

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lung Cancer Clinical Support Worker to join the MDT. The role focuses on holistic assessment, patient education and signposting, coordinating care across the lung cancer pathway and ensuring timely access to appointments and services.
