Regional Training Lead – London & South (12-Month Contract)

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a Regional Trainer to lead the full learning cycle for London and the South region. This field-based role requires regular store visits, coaching, and delivering engaging training to frontline teams.

You will build product knowledge, sales skills and customer experience standards, reporting to the Head of Training. Travel, weekend work and overnight stays may be required to support business priorities.
