Salary: Up to £42,000

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Role Overview

A leading professional services organisation is seeking an ambitious, detail‑driven Paralegal to join its growing in‑house legal function. This role offers broad exposure across commercial contracts, procurement, compliance, legal operations You’ll support a wide range of internal stakeholders, help shape legal processes, and contribute to the smooth running of a modern, fast‑paced legal team. With a small team structure, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and responsibility far earlier than in a larger legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts using internal playbooks.
• Supporting procurement processes, supplier due diligence and terms review.
• Responding to internal legal queries and maintaining organised legal documentation.
• Assisting with compliance frameworks, policy updates and legal research.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams on templates, processes and legal operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Law degree/GDL and early experience in a legal, contracts or compliance role.
• Strong communication, analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and adapt quickly.
• Interest in legal operations, compliance and modern legal workflows.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to support legal work.
