Overview

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you own electrical design across LV power, lighting, containment and life safety in a central London building services practice. You’ll lead schemes from concept to delivery, coordinating with mechanical and public health teams and managing clients and contractors. The role focuses on data centre and WELL projects, combining power distribution mastery with people-centric building performance. You’ll work in a UK consultancy environment that values leadership, resilience and practical scheme delivery.

Responsibilities

• perform load calculations for electrical systems
• drive Revit electrical models
• coordinate with mechanical and public health teams
• lead schemes from concept through to delivery
• manage clients and contractors
• develop and mentor other engineers

Key requirements

• chartered or near-chartered status
• strong UK consultancy experience
• ability to run projects end-to-end and exercise project-running judgement
• experience coordinating multi-discipline teams and stakeholders
• data centre and WELL project exposure is advantageous
