Overview
As Senior Principal Surveyor you will provide strategic leadership across Align’s Estates services for national UK clients. You will help set professional standards, oversee technical assurance, and enable the team to deliver high-quality, compliant work. The role focuses on shaping the service, developing people, and strengthening client relationships while guiding project delivery at a strategic level. You will operate within an established professional team and influence service development to support growth and client outcomes. This is a high-visibility leadership role with autonomy to shape Align’s future in the Estates domain.
