Hybrid Mortgage Case Update Assistant

OSB Group is seeking a Case Update Assistant in Fareham to support mortgage intermediaries, providing timely updates and liaising with Underwriting and Completions teams. This is an entry-level role within the Broker Liaison Team.

You will handle inbound calls, respond to queries across channels, and ensure updates align with SLAs. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) and a base salary of £24,550 plus a 15% discretionary bonus.
